I can feel the intensity from this picture; those military boots blurred and the fact that you don't see a face make me think of mitarized oppression and the fact that he's standing on film reels (are they film reels?) makes me think he's crushing free speech or promoting propaganda.
The only thing I find a bit weird is that rectangular black shape connected to the left boot since the rectangle has sharp edges and then the boot has blurred edges and it just looks kind of weird to me.

Anyway, I love this picture. Kudos, you are an excellent photographer.
